Cape Vert

NLA has more than ten years of presence in Cape Verde in landmark projects from Hospitality to Professional Training, with an undisputed quality internationally recognized through a number of bestowed architectural prizes.

The Vila Verde Resort (2006-2009) stands out as an example of hospitality design experience placed in the service of guests, a resort that has become a touristic reference of the country. Also, CEPERMI Center (2011-2014) has risen since its foundation to the highest level of educational and professional training buildings conceived under the most demanding sustainability criteria.

Other studies have been carried out by NLA such as Vila Verde Porto Sal, Salrei Resort, Ponta Negra, Ponta da Areia, Achada do Forte, Vila Valentina, Baía de Chaves, Praça Estrela and Hotel Tivoli and Hotel Jasmim, in some cases partenering with other practices.
