Sustainability should not be seen as today's fashion, but as a permanent commitment in every project and all its stages.

Solar energy, natural ventilation, correct building layout and implantation on site, thermal insulation and solar shading are tools present in most of our projects in different degrees. Our target is to conceive a building as an Environment and energetic system, able to react and use on its benefit all available environment elements, at low exploitation cost. The energy efficiency increase resulting from this strategy, together with a good environment performance will led to a new life concept, with increased added values to the buildings.

Masterplans are the first approach to sustainability as they will define urban systems, metabolism and layout that will dictate all building design options.
We have developed a specific methodology successful applied in European largest Sustainable Masterplan - The Ecocentre Masterplan at Ispra, Italy.
